Receive, check, and record incoming materials (GRN, challan, invoice). Manage storage, stacking, labelling, and material issuance. Maintain inventory in ERP/Excel; ensure FIFO/FEFO. Conduct stock audits and maintain zero variance. Plan and coordinate dispatches with transporters. Prepare E-way bills, packing lists, delivery challans, and dispatch documents. Track shipments and update internal teams/customers. Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and SOP compliance. Skills Required Knowledge of store operations & logistics. ERP/Excel proficiency. Experience with E-way bills, GST, dispatch documentation. Strong communication & coordination skills.
