Role Description

Type: Full-time role for a

Position: Production Planning and Control Engineer,

Location: Bakrol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Responsibilities:

• To develop efficient production processes, coordinate workflow, ensure optimal resource utilization, and analye operational data to enhance productivity
• Create production schedules, collaborate with various departments to meet project goals, and monitor performance to implement improvements
• Manage Manpower on the floor and Coordinate with Vendors

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Production Planning and general Planning processes
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to identify and resolve production challenges effectively
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders
• Background in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in data analysis and process optimization tools is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site production environment and manage multiple projects efficiently
