1. To interact with customers on the progress of repair activities on their components.
2. To provide technical support and guidelines to technician working in the workshop.
3. To support Workshop Manger to handle all workshops.
4. To maintain good IR with customers, OEM, etc.
5. Analyze processes and activities to identify opportunities for improvement of the department.
6. Ensure adequate availability of tools, equipment and other materials in the Service Area.
7. Ensure proper maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in the Service Area.
8. KPI sheet maintenance with proper reasoning for above product lines.
9. Performing day-to-day tasks/operations as assigned by the senior personnel.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
