Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Production Scheduling & Planning:
Create, maintain, and optimize detailed production schedules to meet demand, capacity, and project timelines.
Resource Management:
Efficiently allocate materials, equipment, and manpower to ensure smooth workflow and maximize productivity.
Inventory Control:
Manage raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages and minimize excess inventory, ensuring timely availability.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing, procurement, logistics, Production and QC to align operations and resolve bottlenecks.
Quality & Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all production activities and documentation adhere to strict industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Performance Monitoring & Improvement:
Analyse production data, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Problem-Solving:
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, delays, or disruptions to minimize impact on schedules.
Reporting:
Prepare accurate production reports on status, performance, Rejections and wastages for management review.
Demand Forecasting & Supply Chain Alignment:
Monitor market forecasts and integrate them into production plans to adapt to changing demand and supply chain conditions.
