Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Planning Control Manager based in Ludhiana. The incumbent will be responsible for production planning and scheduling, ensuring effective capacity planning, and optimizing inventory control processes. Additional tasks include analyzing production trends, coordinating cross-departmental operations, and implementing strategies for operational efficiency to meet customer demands and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Schedules
• Expertise in Capacity Planning and Inventory Control
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate production data and optimize processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries is preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage
