The PPC specialist will be responsible for creating and managing production schedules, overseeing production planning, and ensuring timely completion of production processes. Daily tasks include analyzing production data, coordinating with various departments, and optimizing resource allocation. This is an on-site position located in Chennai, where the candidate will collaborate closely with the production team to ensure operational efficiency and productivity. Role Summary: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead and grow our business in slewing bearings, slew drives, and hydraulic swivels. This is a strategic role focused on expanding our footprint across India by working closely with OEMs, system integrators, and industrial clients. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building long-term partnerships, and delivering technical solutions that meet customer application demands Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales Development Drive end-to-end sales cycle for slewing rings, drives, and hydraulic swivels, from lead generation to deal closure. Define and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Identify and engage with key OEMs, engineering firms, and industrial clients. Build strong, consultative relationships to position the company as a trusted solution provider. Solution Selling & Technical Consultation Understand customer applications and challenges to propose technically sound and cost-effective solutions. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to tailor offerings for custom projects. Commercial Proposals & Negotiations Prepare competitive quotations, proposals, and presentations.
