Job Description

Production Planning: Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and customer orders. Create work orders and schedules for manufacturing teams. Material Requirement Planning (MRP): Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Monitor stock levels and manage reorder points. Capacity Planning: Evaluate production capacity and resource availability. Optimize machine and manpower utilization to minimize bottlenecks. Monitoring & Control: Track production progress and adjust schedules as needed. Identify and resolve production issues to avoid delays. Coordination: Liaise with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality control, maintenance, and logistics. Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of finished goods. Reporting: Maintain and update production planning reports and dashboards. Analyze performance metrics such as production efficiency, downtime, and yield.
