Production Operations Executive / ManagerKey Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a detailed production operation plan (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Oversee the complete production process from start to finish.
• Monitor ongoing production and ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare daily production reports and update management.
• Track raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Ensure no stock-out situation by coordinating with procurement and planning teams.
• Analyze production capacity vs. demand and plan accordingly.
• Maintain clear communication with the Director regarding updates, challenges, and requirements.
• Ensure quality standards and SOPs are followed in all batches.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for timely sample check and approvals.
• Improve production efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Ensure machines are well maintained; report breakdowns immediately.
• Maintain team discipline, safety, and cleanliness at the plant.
• Support new product trials and development.

Inventory twice in a month RM, PM, finish goods.

Technical Skills

• Production planning software (ERP/Excel/Google Sheets)
• Batch traceability
• Inventory management
• KPI tracking (Yield %, Wastage %, Productivity)
• Basic knowledge of machines and preventive maintenance
• Data interpretation & MIS reporting
• Understanding of FSSAI, GMP, and hygiene standards

Experience Required

• 2–5 years (you can adjust as per your requirement)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
