To handle Dairy Process & products for Dairy plant from commissioning stage to project closeout and look after operation of same facility post completion of project.
A Shift officer-RMRD, Process, Butter & Ghee is a specialist in their function and in a specific Dairy product category and therefore must have a deep understanding of the Process flow, P & ID, product properties, Food safety, Equipment maintenance ,quality aspects and must understand that they are part of a team made up of the various manufacturing functions especially Projects, Production and Quality Management. He has to provide direction to team for design and operation of dairy plant.
· Minimum 2 - 7 years’ experience in multiple products manufacturing –like Liquid milk reception, processing, Yoghurt, Butter & Ghee in reputed /large organization.
· Must have exposure to lead a sizable team
