Production Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Officer to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in production activities with strong exposure to documentation for formulations and APIs. This role requires accuracy, compliance mindset, and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle production documentation including BMR, BPR, SOPs, deviation reports, and logbooks.
• Support daily production activities for formulation and API manufacturing.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, GDP, and safety protocols within the production area.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and Warehouse teams for smooth batch processing.
• Monitor in-process checks and ensure timely documentation and updates.
• Assist in preparing production plans and maintain records as per regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in internal audits, line clearance activities, and compliance reviews.
• Maintain equipment usage records and ensure proper housekeeping in production areas.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharma manufacturing plant.
• Good knowledge of production documentation for formulations and APIs.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards (GMP, GDP).
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet timelines effectively.
