Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Oversee production processes to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve productivity.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in production operations within the pharma industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
