Production Manager

Role Summary:

We are hiring a Production Lead with 4–5 years of experience in fabrication of steel structures, tanks, and pressure vessels. This is a shop-floor leadership role involving complete production planning, supervision, and cross-functional coordination for timely and quality-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end fabrication activities on the shop floor
• Review fabrication drawings and plan daily tasks accordingly
• Handle material, manpower & machine allocation as per production targets
• Supervise welding, fitting, assembly, and painting operations
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines
• Coordinate with Planning, Design & QA teams to resolve production issues
• Maintain shift reports and optimize productivity and resource use
• Support dispatch planning & final readiness of structures/equipment

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• 4–5 years of production supervision in fabrication (structures, tanks, vessels)
• Proficiency in welding processes (SMAW/MIG/TIG), QAP, WPS, and fabrication drawings
• Strong team leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Location: Faridabad (On-site, full-time)
