Develop and maintain comprehensive production-related documents, including design notes, element sheets, cost sheets, site visit records, floor plans, production schedules, call lists, transportation schedules, and other essential materials. Ensuring quality control of external resources - manpower, event-specific collaterals, event production, etc, and internal resources. Oversee onsite setup, construction, and event teardown, managing venue logistics, vendors, and production staff. Develop detailed event plans and timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget. Maintaining accuracy in documentation, costing sheet, and submitting event-wise budget worksheet pre & post-event. Coordinating with the finance team concerning invoicing and vendors' billings closure.
