We are looking for a Production Manager who will bring creativity, operational excellence, and people skills to our growing team. The ideal candidate will own the entire production process and strategize with other internal as well as external teams to ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee event production from ideation to flawless on-ground execution Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely deliveries & setups Research and onboard new vendors to expand our network Ensure setups are aesthetic, intentional, and aligned with design vision Keep a finger on the pulse of market trends, décor innovations, and what’s new/available Manage production budgets efficiently and work towards cost optimization Lead with a people-first approach, ensuring collaboration across teams and vendors Qualifications 2+ years of production experience Strong vendor connect and excellent research skills A natural people’s person who thrives in teams and builds great relationships Keen eye for detail, design sensibility, and market-savvy mindset
