Job Description

Role Summary: We are hiring a Site Supervisor with 2–3 years of experience in steel structure and process equipment fabrication & erection. This is a site-based role, responsible for managing day-to-day activities, manpower coordination, and project progress at various sites across NCR, Haryana, UP, and Punjab. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise fabrication and erection at site as per engineering drawings and project specs. • Manage daily manpower, contractor coordination, and work allocation. • Ensure timely execution, quality control, and safety compliance at site. • Communicate and coordinate with clients, consultants, and PMCs on-site. • Maintain daily site reports, progress logs, and material usage records. • Resolve on-site challenges and ensure alignment with project timelines. • Assist in material reconciliation and documentation for billing and handover. Requirements: • Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech (Mechanical or Civil preferred). • Experience: 2–3 years in site supervision of fabrication/erection projects. • Location: Site-based role across NCR, Haryana, UP, Punjab. • Skills: Ability to read technical drawings, handle manpower, and report effectively.
