Site Engineer

As a Site Engineer at a leading Construction company project in Mumbai, your main role will be to perform quantity surveying activities in compliance with project specifications and complete them within planned time. Your key responsibilities will include: - Prepare processed work, determine needed quantities, and prepare required reports as per Report Frequency List. - Conduct Quantity Surveying Process according to technical standards. - Prepare and review Client Invoice, Sub-Contractor Invoice, Variation Orders, and Cost Control. - Prepare cost and expenditures statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals during the project. - Communicate with Architects, Engineers, Clients, Consultants, and Sub-Contractors for changes and adjustments of quantities as per business needs. - Ensure adherence to project objectives, scope of work, procedures, and schedules to align with client needs and company capabilities. In terms of qualifications, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or be familiar with Technical Office Concerns and Quantity Survey Techniques. You are required to have 4+ years of experience in Technical Civil/Structural and Quantity Surveying Works. You should also possess the following skills: - Ability to persuade others about Company Policy, Objectives, and Project Control aspects. - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. - Detail-oriented and analytical thinking skills. - Familiarity with Civil/Structural Engineering Methodologies, equipment, materials, tools, and manpower allocations related to Civil/Structural and Quantity Survey Scope of Works for building projects. - Proficiency in AUTOCAD and other related software in Civil/Structural and Quantity Survey Works. - Working knowledge of MS Office and fundamental requirements of Civil/Structural Engineering. This job requires continuous coordination with internal Architectural, Civil/Structural, and Electro-Mechanical Disciplines, as well as external consultants, Project Managers, and Technical Office Managers. You will be responsible for discussing charts, invoices, and project amendments with various stakeholders to ensure project success.,
