As a Site Engineer at a leading Construction company project in Mumbai, your main role will be to perform quantity surveying activities in compliance with project specifications and complete them within planned time. Your key responsibilities will include: - Prepare processed work, determine needed quantities, and prepare required reports as per Report Frequency List. - Conduct Quantity Surveying Process according to technical standards. - Prepare and review Client Invoice, Sub-Contractor Invoice, Variation Orders, and Cost Control. - Prepare cost and expenditures statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals during the project. - Communicate with Architects, Engineers, Clients, Consultants, and Sub-Contractors for changes and adjustments of quantities as per business needs. - Ensure adherence to project objectives, scope of work, procedures, and schedules to align with client needs and company capabilities. In terms of qualifications, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or be familiar with Technical Office Concerns and Quantity Survey Techniques. You are required to have 4+ years of experience in Technical Civil/Structural and Quantity Surveying Works.
