Experience: 8+ years (preferably in Busbar Fabrication / Electrical Panels)
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a proven track record in busbar sheet metal fabrication and electrical panel manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in copper and aluminum busbar processing (cutting, punching, bending, plating, insulation, and assembly) along with strong leadership in production planning, workflow optimization, manpower management, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end production process for busbar and electrical panel manufacturing.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to meet project deadlines.
• Supervise and train the production team, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
• Oversee busbar fabrication processes including cutting, punching, bending, plating, insulation, and assembly.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency and reduce production waste.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, testing protocols, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams for seamless workflow execution.
• Monitor production costs and take corrective measures to maintain cost-effectiveness and productivity.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen process reliability and product quality.

Pay: ₹17,118.33 - ₹65,702.94 per month
