About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Manager with proven experience in managing production processes and proficient knowledge of GATI software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing production operations to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Utilize GATI software efficiently for production planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, quality, logistics, and operations) to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor production metrics, track progress, and prepare reports for management.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Identify areas of improvement in production processes and implement best practices.
• Manage resources effectively, including manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
• Troubleshoot production-related issues and provide quick, practical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Production Manager/Production Executive.
• Strong hands-on expertise in GATI software for production and supply chain management.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in team handling and vendor coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
