Job Title: Production Manager Company: Hanuman Plastic LLP Location: Kolkata Job Summary Hanuman Plastic LLP is seeking an experienced and result-driven Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing operations at our plastic production unit in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, hands-on knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes, and proven expertise in managing production teams to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet output and quality targets. Monitor production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure optimum utilization of machinery and manpower. Implement cost control measures and reduce production wastage. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards in the manufacturing unit. Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery. Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods in coordination with the store and procurement teams. Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to enhance performance and productivity. Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes and workflows. Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of plastics manufacturing processes and machinery. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and production management tools. Eligibility Criteria Minimum qualification: Graduate. Minimum 5+ years of experience in a plastics manufacturing unit in a similar role.
