Position Overview:
We are looking for Sales Executives with 2–5 years of experience in retail jewellery or luxury product sales. The ideal candidate should be passionate about customer engagement, confident in building long-term relationships, and target-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product knowledge and guide them in making the right purchase decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain sales records, handle follow-ups, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
• Support store operations and contribute to promotional activities.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in jewellery retail sales or related luxury/lifestyle products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to upsell/cross-sell.
• Good presentation skills and a professional approach.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary Range:

• ₹30,000/month for candidates with 2–4 years of experience
• ₹40,000/month for candidates with 4–5 years of experience
