Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Production Oversight

• Plan, organize, and control daily production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Develop and implement production schedules aligned with sales forecasts and inventory plans.
• Monitor production performance and adjust resources to meet targets.

• Project Management

• Lead and manage production-related projects, including process improvements, equipment upgrades, and new product launches.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables; track progress and report to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (procurement, quality, logistics) to ensure project success.

• Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Implement and maintain quality control systems; conduct audits and corrective actions.

• Cost & Resource Management

• Manage production budgets and implement cost-saving measures.
• Optimize resource allocation and reduce workflow delays.

• Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor production staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3–10 years of experience

  in production management, with proven project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of

  lean manufacturing principles

  and

  quality standards

• Proficiency in

  project management tools

  (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
