Production Manager

We’re Hiring – Production Manager (Heavy Fabrication)

📍 Location: Metalverse Solutions, Kalyan (Thane District)

heavy fabrication plant

• Plan and execute

  daily, weekly & monthly production

  for heavy fabrication jobs
• Lead and manage a team of

  15–30 workers

  (fitters, welders, helpers, operators)
• Strong understanding of

  engineering drawings, welding, oxy-fuel cutting, fabrication, shot blasting & painting

• Prepare and monitor

  production plans, load charts, and job cards

• Ensure

  timely completion

  of jobs with focus on

  quality, safety & cost

• Coordinate with

  quality, purchase, stores & management

  for smooth workflow
• Implement and sustain

  5S, systems, and process discipline

  on the shopfloor
• Drive

  continuous improvement (Kaizen)

  and productivity enhancement

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Production (preferred)

• 5+ years experience

  in heavy fabrication / structural fabrication
• Experience in

  project-based fabrication

  (industrial, structural, OEM, etc.)
• Good skills in

  planning, team handling, and documentation/reporting

• Day shift as primary
• Ability to handle

  day/night shifts

  based on workload
