We’re Hiring – Production Manager (Heavy Fabrication) 📍 Location: Metalverse Solutions, Kalyan (Thane District) Metalverse Solutions has started a new heavy fabrication plant and we’re looking for a hands-on Production Manager to lead the shopfloor operations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute daily, weekly & monthly production for heavy fabrication jobs Lead and manage a team of 15–30 workers (fitters, welders, helpers, operators) Strong understanding of engineering drawings, welding, oxy-fuel cutting, fabrication, shot blasting & painting Prepare and monitor production plans, load charts, and job cards Ensure timely completion of jobs with focus on quality, safety & cost Coordinate with quality, purchase, stores & management for smooth workflow Implement and sustain 5S, systems, and process discipline on the shopfloor Drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) and productivity enhancement 💼 Experience & Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Production (preferred) 5+ years experience in heavy fabrication / structural fabrication Experience in project-based fabrication (industrial, structural, OEM, etc.) Good skills in planning, team handling, and documentation/reporting ⏱️ Shift: Day shift as primary Ability to handle day/night shifts based on workload 📩 Interested candidates can share their CV on: ✉️ metalversesolutions2023@gmail.com 📞 +91 98205 90526
