Production Manager

HONYLITE Group estd. in 2009, is a premier manufacturer of several types of laminated composite panels specializing in honeycomb panels. Our custom laminating and extensive material knowledge helps to provide our customers with infinite composite panel possibilities.

Location - Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Industry - Honeycomb Sandwich Panels for Railways, Aerospace and Export market.

Salary – INR 25,000 – 30,000 / month

Responsibilities:

· Create a production schedule.

· Train new employees.

· Schedule regular maintenance for equipment.

· Discuss budget expectations with clients.

· Purchase the required materials.

· Daily production planning, making reports, managing labour, maintaining dispatch book, PO book, contractor payments and other admin related work.

· Ensure that health and safety protocols are adhered to.

Requirements:

· A degree in business management would be advantageous.

· Industry-related experience.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Knowledge of Steel fabrication and Powder Coating.

· Labor Handling

· Proficiency in MS Office.

· Strong multitasking abilities.
