Production Manager( Manufacturing)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring quality and efficiency, optimizing resources, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
• Ensure products are manufactured on time and within budget.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Supervise and manage the production team, including supervisors and operators.
• Maintain quality standards and implement continuous improvement strategies (Lean, Kaizen, 5S).
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Procurement departments.
• Analyze production data to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Implement cost reduction and productivity improvement measures.
• Report regularly to senior management on production status and KPIs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a production management role within a manufacturing setup.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, lean manufacturing, and quality systems is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
