Production Manager

1. Production Planning & Execution

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans as per targets.
• Ensure timely execution of production schedules with minimal downtime.
• Allocate manpower and resources efficiently.

2. Quality & Process Control

• Ensure products meet required quality standards.
• Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Coordinate with the Quality team for inspections and audits.

3. Team Leadership & Coordination

• Supervise production supervisors, operators, and workers.
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate daily production priorities.
• Train and guide team members for skill enhancement and productivity.

4. Equipment & Maintenance Coordination

• Monitor machine performance and report maintenance needs proactively.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance team to minimize breakdowns.
• Ensure proper machine utilization and preventive maintenance compliance.

5. Safety, Compliance & Discipline

• Ensure all employees follow safety rules, PPE usage, and SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Enforce company policies and discipline within the production area.

6. Production Monitoring & Reporting

• Track daily production output, downtime, rejection, and wastage.
• Prepare production MIS reports and submit to higher management.
• Analyze data to improve efficiency and reduce cost.

7. Inventory & Material Management

• Coordinate with Stores for timely availability of materials.
• Reduce material wastage and optimize consumption.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods.

8. Continuous Improvement

• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce defects.
• Support initiatives like Kaizen, Lean, 5S, and cost-saving projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,213.22 - ₹50,229.62 per month
