Job Title: Production Manager

Department: Manufacturing

Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Role Purpose

To manage the daily operations of stitching, finishing, packing and ensure timely production as per buyer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning

Create production plan based on orders and T&A.

Allocate machines to styles.

Prepare daily target sheet for each line.

Execution & Monitoring

Supervise stitching, overlock, flatlock, hemming, finishing, ironing.

Follow up with printing, embroidery, sublimation vendors.

Control wastage, rework, and idle time.

Team Management

Lead stitching masters, tailors, helpers, finishing teams.

Conduct weekly training on quality and efficiency.

Maintain discipline and attendance.

Coordination

Work closely with Merchandiser & QA team.

Ensure 100% on-time delivery.

Coordinate with warehouse for fabric & trims.

MIS Reporting

Daily production report.

Line efficiency report.

Rejection & rework summary.

Required Skills

5+ years experience in garment production.

Strong knowledge of fabrics and garment construction.

Ability to handle 20–40 machines.

CTC Range: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
