Fusing Printing Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-focused Fusing Printing Operator to join our fashion production team. You will be responsible for operating fusing and heat transfer printing equipment used to apply graphics, logos, patches, and embellishments onto garments, bags, and other fabric-based fashion products. Your role will be critical in maintaining the high visual and quality standards our brand is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate fusing presses, heat transfer machines, and related equipment according to production specifications for fashion items like t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, and bags.
• Align materials, position graphics, and ensure accurate placement of prints or patches on apparel and accessories.
• Adjust temperature, pressure, and timing to accommodate various fabric types (e.g., cotton, polyester, canvas, leatherette).
• Conduct quality checks on finished items for alignment, adhesion, color consistency, and overall print integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the fusing/printing work area.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and promptly report equipment issues.
• Document daily output, flag defective pieces, and support troubleshooting of printing defects.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.
• Coordinate with production, design, and QC teams to meet deadlines and uphold brand quality.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience operating fusing or heat transfer printing machines in an apparel or accessories manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of fabric behavior under heat and pressure.
• Ability to read production orders and follow design placement guidelines.
• Attention to detail, especially with placement, color matching, and finish quality.
• Strong work ethic and reliability in meeting production targets.
• Physical ability to lift, stand, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
