Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
715 years of experience in transformer manufacturing, specifically with oil-filled/power transformers.
Solid understanding of transformer design, materials, and production processes.
Familiarity with international standards such as IEC 60076, IEEE C57, and ISO 9001.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
Experience with ERP systems and production tracking tools.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
