The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with safety and quality standards, and effective use of resources. Responsibilities include planning production schedules, supervising staff, maintaining machinery, and ensuring the timely delivery of products. The role also involves coordinating with different departments to meet production goals and implementing process improvements to optimize operations. Qualifications Production management, planning, and process improvement skills Knowledge of quality control, safety regulations, and compliance requirements Leadership, team management, and strong interpersonal skills Organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Proficiency in using production management software is a plus Experience in textile or manufacturing industries is highly desirable Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
