Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Job Summary:

Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, organize, and oversee the production schedule to ensure timely delivery of products.

· Allocate resources effectively to optimize output and minimize downtime.

· Supervise and lead the production team, including line supervisors and operators.

· Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.

· Ensure products are produced on time and meet quality standards.

· Collaborate with R&D, QA/QC, and packaging teams for new product introductions and process optimization.

· Implement cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., lean manufacturing).

· Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and performance reports.

· Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

· Prepare and submit production reports and performance metrics to senior management.

· Train and mentor production staff to improve skillsets and overall team performance

1. Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (MBA is a plus).

· Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.

· Solid understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

· Exposure to ISO, GMP, or other relevant compliance frameworks.
