Production Manager

As a Production Manager, your role involves overseeing the production process to ensure cost-effectiveness and meeting quality standards. You are responsible for drawing up a production schedule, working out the necessary resources, and selecting and maintaining equipment. Additionally, you supervise a team of workers, identify training needs, manage stock control, and handle E-commerce portal processing. Your role also involves managing order processing, delivery partner dashboards, customer requests, and coordinating customer operations. Key Responsibilities: - Report to the Directors daily with the execution plan - Oversee the production process and ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards - Draw up a production schedule with TAT in mind - Work out human and material resources needed - Select and maintain equipment in a timely manner - Look after job works/team and make decisions on selecting vendors - Supervise and motivate a team of workers - Identify training needs - Manage stock control and inventory checks - Process and manage E-commerce portal including order processing - Manage order and delivery partner dashboards, generate shipping labels, and track dispatches - Handle customer requests for exchange and returns - Coordinate customer operations, track exceptions, and maintain records Qualifications Required: - Candidate from the Garment/fashion industry preferred - Sound knowledge of Mens Wear Cutting & stitching - Excellent leadership, administrative, interpersonal, and relationship management skills - Good communication skills - Ability to multitask and manage time and people efficiently - Willingness to adapt and collaborate in a factory environment - Experience in garment production and planning management - Ability to prepare reports and plan effectively - Work well under pressure - Good at managing budgets - Strong communication and presentation skills - Positive attitude towards work and ability to motivate a team,
