Job Profile

Production Head

Qualification : B.Sc. Chem

Experience : 9-12 yrs (Galvanising Background Experience required)

Male candidate preferred.

Competencies:

1. Production Planning

· Plan and draw up production schedules

· Estimate cost of production

· Plan inventory to be purchased based on production schedules

· Strategize Distribution network

2. Production Control

· Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines

· Monitor production processes, resolve issues and adjust schedules to ensure minimum downtime.

· Plan calibration cycles and maintenance schedules

· Coordinate and control production processes so that products are delivered on time, as per quality standards, within budget and as per production targets.

· Ensure all resources are utilized with optimum efficiency and no wastage

3. Quality Control

· Define Quality standards and set benchmarks for production

· Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

· Ensure adherence to Quality norms as per Company benchmarks and Customer requirements

· Conduct internal Quality audits

· Ensure Quality Certifications during external audits

4. Inventory Control

· Ensure purchase of raw materials based on production schedules and approved budgets.

· Responsible for procurement of consumable items required during production

· Selection and management of Vendors to ensure good are procured as per quality standards and at competitive price.

· Ensure physical verification of customer materials based on Inward document

· Manage warehousing of material and finished goods.

· Ensure compliance of dispatched material as per protocols.

5. People Management

· Responsible for People management (Permanent/Temporary/Contract) w.r.t. Recruitment, Training, Payroll, Leave Management, Discipline, Performance Management and Retention.

· Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines

· Ensure statutory compliance

· Create work schedules to maintain optimum staffing levels.

· Motivate people to continually achieve corporate objectives.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
