Role & responsibilities

• Timely Performance (Order Execution )
• Optimize cost of Manufacturing, within the Budget..
• Quality (Measure in terms of failure rate).
• Customer Satisfaction as per index criteria established. In time delivery of product and post sales service. Backlog due to purchase
• Adherence to processes defined in form of ISO/SOP etc.
• Use of Modern Tools & techniques.
• Creating Second Line and developing subordinates
• Proper engineering of the job is done in right time
• Data is always aligned and visible
• Gen Admin processes fully complied and cost of Govt Audits under 5 % of revenue
• Ensuring the compliance to the Calendar of Admin, Design, Planning, Purchase, Fabrication, QC, FAT, CRM
• Jobs and Tasks are reviewed on daily basis with all department managers and report to be sent to his superior
• Ensure Price negotiation is conducted prior to finalizing the Purchase order.
• Introduce new vendors & suppliers

Preferred candidate profile

• Direct & Indirect cost of manufacturing under for revenue
• Ensuring System compliance as per ISO / SAP
• Ensuring that the Internal Audits are conducted on time
• Ensuring satisfactory Closure of Deviations on time
• Ensuring that the Raw Material Inventory is maintained within the pre-agreed costs
• Innovative and creative way to improve productivity on continual basis. Use of Kick off meeting effectively to reduce delivery time MIS reports for management to keep updated on production activity.
