Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Production Infrastructure Manager

to lead and manage our mission-critical infrastructure that powers secure payment processing for our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure our systems are highly available, secure, compliant, and efficiently managed

.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain production infrastructure for high availability and reliability.
Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS) and manage infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
Handle network infrastructure, including load balancers, firewalls, VPNs, and distributed architectures.
Manage and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases, ensuring disaster recovery and high availability.
Automate deployments and configurations using tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Kubernetes.
Ensure strict adherence to security and compliance standards, including PCI-DSS.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve infrastructure issues and ensure continuous service delivery.
Lead and mentor the infrastructure team, fostering a culture of reliability and excellence.

Must-Have Skills

Minimum 8+ years of experience managing production infrastructure in mission-critical environments (preferably fintech or payment gateways).
Proven expertise in AWS Cloud, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
Strong understanding of networking, load balancing, firewalls, and VPNs.
Experience managing database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
Proficiency in automation tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
Deep knowledge of security standards, encryption, and compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS).

Good-to-Have Skills

Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to perform under pressure and maintain uptime during critical operations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

High system uptime and reliability.
Full compliance with PCI-DSS and other industry regulations.
Efficient management and cost optimization of production environments.
Effective leadership and skill development within the infrastructure team
