Production Executive

·      Coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and timelines.

·      Monitor production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

·      Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, conducting regular food safety checks.

·      Oversee raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials.

·      Supervise production staff, manage shift schedules, and resolve personnel issues.

·      Maintain a safe working environment, enforcing safety protocols and equipment handling procedures.

·      Address production-related issues, including machinery, staff, or raw material concerns.

·      Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

·      Maintain accurate records of production data, including yields, downtime, and raw material usage.

·      Collaborate with quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams for operational success.

·      Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.

·      Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and relevant industry regulations.

·      Train and guide team members on production processes and safety protocols.

·       Prepare reports on production performance and suggest process improvements.

Experience:

·      Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

·      Comfortable working in evening shift.

·      Minimum 2 years of experience in food manufacturing or FMCG industries.

·    Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality assurance protocols, and production processes.

·      Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·      Proficiency in English (spoken and written), MS Word, and MS Excel.

·      Willingness to work and/or relocate to Noida.

·      Diet preference: Non-vegetarian (compulsory)
