Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Production Engineer located in Vadodara. The role involves Daily production planning, power press machines, maintaining tools and dies, performing regular maintenance and upkeep of equipment, and ensuring that production schedules and quality standards are met. The successful candidate will work closely with the production team to streamline processes and enhance product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in metal fabrication.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining tools and dies
• Knowledge of material properties, manufacturing processes, and safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Capability to perform regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the solar industry is a plus
