Role Description We are looking for a proactive and driven Field Sales – Business Development Manager to join our team in Kolkata. This role involves on-ground sales activities, client meetings, lead generation, and business growth through field visits and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen and a passion for building long-term client partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking. Conduct client meetings to present products/services and convert leads into business. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client requirements and offer suitable product solutions. Prepare and deliver customized business proposals and quotations. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Maintain records of sales activity, client interactions, and market trends.
