Based in Vasai, our company boasts a 85,000 sq ft facility with in-house capabilities for production, design, storage, and quality checks. We have completed over 1,15,000 installations of playground equipment across India, providing a wide range of roto-molded products (LLDP).

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and driven Field Sales – Business Development Manager to join our team in Kolkata. This role involves on-ground sales activities, client meetings, lead generation, and business growth through field visits and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen and a passion for building long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct client meetings to present products/services and convert leads into business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable product solutions.
• Prepare and deliver customized business proposals and quotations.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain records of sales activity, client interactions, and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.

Requirements-

• Strong presentation skills and ability to close sales in face-to-face meetings.
