Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
  • Should be comfortable to travel till Mumbai for 7Days of Training.
  • Willing to go on a field for lead generation as well as client meetings.
  • Dealing with High end clients into construction industry.
  • Managing and appointing dealers network in Pune.
  • To achieve collections as per terms of order copy in order to avoid outstanding.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 2+ years' of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
