Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Power Press Operator Cum Tool And Die Engineer, located in Vadodara. The role involves operating power press machines, designing and maintaining tools and dies, performing regular maintenance and upkeep of equipment, and ensuring that production schedules and quality standards are met. The successful candidate will work closely with the production team to streamline processes and enhance product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating power press machines and other metal fabrication equipment
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining tools and dies
• Knowledge of material properties, manufacturing processes, and safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Capability to perform regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the solar industry is a plus
