Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring a smooth workflow. Manage studio scheduling, bookings, and resource allocation. Coordinate with creative teams, clients, and vendors to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets. Maintain studio equipment, supplies, and facilities, ensuring they are in optimal condition. Supervise and support studio staff, freelancers, and interns. Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Track studio expenses and manage budgets effectively. Assist in marketing, branding, and promotional activities to enhance the studio’s presence. Ensure a positive and productive working environment that fosters creativity and collaboration. Troubleshoot any operational issues and implement effective solutions. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Arts, Media, or a related field. Proven experience in a studio management or similar role. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Knowledge of studio equipment, creative processes, and industry standards.
