Role Overview:

Production Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day production tasks and ensure smooth workflow within the animation team.
• Assist in planning project timelines, task allocation, and resource management.
• Maintain production schedules and track project progress, identifying potential delays or bottlenecks.
• Communicate regularly with team members, clients, and project leads to ensure clarity on deliverables.
• Support the creative and technical teams with project documentation, briefs, and reference materials.
• Manage project updates, reports, and post-production reviews.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines and production standards.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Animation, Film Production, or a related field.
• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in production coordination, preferably within an

  animation, VFX, or creative studio

  environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Monday.com).
• Understanding of animation pipelines and creative production processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
