Role Description

The VFX Production Coordinator supports the production team by managing schedules, tracking assets, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role is essential to keeping the creative and technical teams aligned and on track throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities across VFX or 3D departments.
• Track shot progress, asset deliveries, and task assignments using production tools (e.g., ShotGrid).
• Schedule meetings, reviews, and dailies with artists and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication between artists, supervisors, and external vendors.
• Update production databases and generate reports for producers and clients.
• Flag potential delays or issues and help troubleshoot workflow bottlenecks.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in VFX, animation, 3D production coordination.
• Familiarity with production tracking tools and Excel
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Passion for VFX, animation, or digital content creation.
