✅ Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as a

  Production Coordinator

  , Project Coordinator, or similar role in media/content/creative teams
• Strong ability to

  manage multiple projects

  , timelines, and production schedules simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and planning skills to coordinate with video editors, designers, writers, and marketing teams
• Experience handling

  shoot planning, resource allocation, pre-production and post-production workflows

• Familiarity with tools like

  Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, Asana, Frame.io, and Canva

• Ability to work with both in-house and freelance teams for creative production
• Strong communication skills for status reporting, client coordination, and internal team syncs
• Calm under pressure and deadline-driven with attention to detail
• Bonus: Experience in content pipeline management for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Passion for structured execution and a knack for solving problems on the go
