Production Coordinator

Education:* Diploma in Printing / BE in Printing- *Industry Type:* Printing & Packaging Industry- *Requirements:* - Must have work experience in the offset printing & packaging industry. - Should be fluent in English communication (speaking & writing). - Should have good computer proficiency, experience in Microsoft Office, and the ability to effectively use ERP systems, spreadsheets with Microsoft Excel; expert in Word and PowerPoint.- *Key Responsibilities:* - Recording all the production schedules, daily outputs, and monitoring the production process. - Providing leadership and line management to the team/employees. - Coordinating day-to-day planning, production processes, and job cards with the team. - Providing support to ensure that the team delivers on time. - Monitoring any issues and ensuring production targets are met. - Implementing Key Performance Indicators/Lean Principle practices at work. - Ensuring Industry Quality Standards are met to fulfill customer demands. Shift availability:* - Day Shift (preferred) - Flexible Shift/Night Shift.
