If you thrive in fast-paced creative environments and love being the link between artists and production leadership — we want to hear from you! 📍 Location: On-site, Thane, India 🕒 Type: Full-time 📌 Reports to: Production Manager 🎯 Role Overview As a Production Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day production of our 3D CG animation projects — helping track schedules, communicating with departments, and ensuring deliveries stay on target. 🔧 Responsibilities Coordinate tasks and schedules across modeling, rigging, layout, and animation departments Track assets and shots through the production pipeline Communicate with supervisors and artists to ensure clear task assignments and deadlines Flag and help resolve production roadblocks proactively Maintain documentation, meeting notes, and weekly status reports Report directly to the Production Manager and support their goals for efficient production flow ✅ What We're Looking For 1–3 years of experience in animation, VFX, or CG production (freshers with strong internship experience may also apply) Strong organizational and communication skills Familiarity with production tracking tools (ShotGrid, Excel/Google Sheets, etc.) A team player who thrives under pressure and deadlines Passion for animation and storytelling is a big plus! ✨ Why Polygon Studios?
