Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing production, labour management, compliance, and operational reporting across all four CNPL(Creative Nutrition) Plant units (Trichi – Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Jharsetli – Faridabad, Sec24 Faridabad).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor day-to-day production activities across all CNPL units.
Compile daily/weekly/monthly reports from each unit and prepare a consolidated report for management review.
Handle payroll coordination and manage contractual labour for all plants.
Track, maintain, and ensure timely renewal of all statutory and operational licenses for each unit.
Coordinate with plant teams to minimize machine and process breakdowns and ensure smooth plant operations.

Required Skills:

Good coordination and communication skills
Knowledge of production processes and labour management
Basic understanding of compliance and license management
Ability to work with multi-location teams
Travelling is possible sometimes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
