Role Overview

CK Creatives

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate shoot schedules, team allocation, and logistics.
Arrange locations, assets, equipment, travel, food, and stay requirements.
Coordinate with talent, crew, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Manage on-site activities, ensure timely shoot start, and maintain smooth workflow.
Handle documentation, basic reporting, and communication between departments.

Requirements

Experience in production coordination or shoot management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Willingness to relocate when required.

Software Knowledge

MS Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of production-related tools is an advantage.
